Do you require new residential customers sign a service contract?
We offer a “Pay As You Go” service agreement as well as 12,24, and 36 month service contracts.
How do I receive & pay my bill?
For our Turf Management and Maintenance services, we email invoices out to clients on the last day of each month. There is a payment link in the invoice that clients can use to pay via debit/credit card (fees apply). Clients can also mail in a check to our PO box or bring cash to the office.
Are you licensed?
We are licensed and insured.
Will I have the same lawn technician every time?
In most cases Yes. Under unexpected circumstances, there may be another technician that would come out.
Do I have to be home for the lawn technician?
You do not have to be home the day the technician comes out to service your lawn. You will receive a message the day before they are coming out so that you are aware.
Do you service HOA and Commercial properties?
We service numerous HOAs and Commercial properties in the area.
How The Process Works
Are you licensed to use Pesticides on my lawn?
We are licensed in numerous categories by the NCDA and all Pesticides we use are approved by both the NCDA and EPA.
How will I know if my lawn application was done if I wasn’t at home?
After applications, a small flag or sign will be placed by your driveway or mailbox to indicate that your lawn has been treated.
Why is my lawn blue after a weed treatment?
A blue indicator dye is used in all liquid weed control applications. This insures proper coverage of the treatment area. Dye will fade within 3 to 4 days with sun or rain. (Please stay off the grass after these applications until dry and the next few mornings afterwards if there is dew).
I bought a new construction home and only have sod in the front yard. Can you grow grass in the back yard?
We can either sod or slit seed your rear lawn with the same or similar grass as the front sod.
I use weed fabric in my landscaping beds and still have weeds. Do you have something for this?
We have a granular weed pre-emergent to help prevent weeds in landscaping beds.
Do you offer warranties on installed plants?
We offer a 6-month warranty on trees and shrubs that are installed. (Terms Apply)
Do you offer landscape bed edging that isn’t stone?
We offer a commercial grade aluminum powder coated edging that has seamless joints which doesn’t separate or rust over time. It has a manufactures lifetime warranty and is available in several color options.
